Hand Forged Folded Steel Leather Battle Ready Axe

This battle axe features a unique ito wrapping near the blade, complemented by a long handle of leather to provide a good grip to the wielder. The blade is made with a beautiful wavy grain pattern from the folding of the steel, along with a hook on the backside of the head that can be used on the backswing to great effect. Finally, a small blade rests upon the tip of the head, made to puncture or spear targets. With each of these points in mind, this axe is truly a well rounded, multi-purpose piece.
