This Martial Arts Katana offers great quality at a reasonable price. Featuring our hand forged and polished 1060 carbon steel blade, designed for optimal balance and handling. This sword is a more traditional alternative to the many zinc aluminum alloy blades available. Our steel blades have been designed from the ground up, to offer perfect balance for regular Iaido & Kenjutsu use. The blade is unsharpened by default, and the customer can opt for free sharpening service. The sword comes equipped with a black matte hardwood saya, silk sageo/ito, alloy fittings, genuine same' (rayskin) and silk wrapped tsuka (handle). The Katana is well assembled and the ito wrapping is tight and even. Each sword is individually handmade so specifications may vary slightly.

This is a great sword. The hamon can either be acid etched or left off, I chose to have it left off. This is a great sword for practicing forms with or for Iaido.

The sword is very nice quality. All the fittings are very snug and I've found no issues with the handle or blade. I was a bit concerned about the Bo-Hi at first from the pictures sent, but when I got the sword everything was perfect. The customer service was excellent. The only issue I have is that the possible hamons are all acid etched, so I opted for a plain blade. If you want a real hamon there is a slightly more expensive katana(make your own I believe) that allows for clay tempering. Very good for the price though.

I had received great service when I had questions about the product. The sword looks beautiful in person and the blade is very sturdy. The sword is wonderful especially for its price.

Perfectly amazing! The sword was a gift for a friend and it exceeded expectations. It's incredibly well crafted and sharp. The custom engraving was also done very well and they even did my friends family crest on the blade. Customer service was also amazing, all my questions were answered and I received email updates and pictures during the process. Definitely going to buy from here again.

I just received my katana yesterday, and it's very nice. I haven't had the chance yet to practice with it, but it seems of very high quality and I can hardly wait to practice. Bryce is who I worked with throughout the process and he was incredible. Answered all questions, made sure of my design preferences and even updated me on shipping process.
